SHIPPING FAQ

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship to all addresses in the United States. All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days or less. Upon shipment, you will recieve an email with personalized tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of your package online.

APO -FPO MILITARY SHIPPING

We proudly ship to all global and domestic APO – FPO Military mail destinations please. All orders will be processed in 2 business days or less. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with personalized tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of your package online.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently shipping orders to all international locations serviced by United States Postal Service.  All orders will be processed in 2 business days or less. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with personalized tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of your package online. International packages that are shipped without door to door tracking cannot be guaranteed for delivery. All international sales are final and we are not responsible for any delays by custom,  lost, stolen, or confiscated packages during the shipping & delivery process. Any and all tariffs, customs charges, import & export fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY METHODS

We currently use the US postal Service

We ship all orders USPS first class with tracking or Flat rate with tracking depending on the size of the order. Insurance is optional and may be requested at additional charge. Please contact us prior to checkout. All packages are now delivered using the latest GPS scan location tracking so the package is scanned and GEO located at the actual delivery address by the postal carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Pick-up from a Post parcel point in your city

All customers are responsible for providing a legitimate shipping address for safe and efficient delivery of your order. In the event a package is un-deliverable to the address provided by the customer and returned to sender, the customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges.
